Items shipped to destinations in the State of Texas are subject to state and local sales tax.  Tax Exemption and Resale forms are available, contact us.  We do not back-credit Sales Tax, Tax Exemption or Resale Form must be received when order is entered.

Applies to select Quick Ship items or back order lead-time confirmation.  Note, most of these products are in a semi-finished state, and are completed upon your order.  Those products are non-cancellable, non-returnable (unless found to be defective by us).  A lead-time confirmation will be send by fax or e-mail.  Orders for Quick Ship items are considered non-cancellable, unless you have been informed by us of a backorder.  You will then have an opportunity to adjust, reselect or cancel your order. 

Note:  This is NOT a retail site.  We do offer to individuals with professional product knowledge or in the Trade and others with installation skills the opportunity to purchase at our commercial contract prices.  Be aware that you are dealing with a business-to-business company that makes the product available to you thru our web outlet.  See our home page for more information about our customer base.

Shipping

You will be informed of all shipping/packaging/freight costs before your order is placed.

Shipping / Freight charges are FOB shipping mill / warehouse and are "dock to dock." Should the order require special delivery requirements, contact the carrier and make those arrangements with them, keeping in mind that there may be additional charges that you will be responsible for.  If you make special arrangements and we are billed for the extra cost, we will pass the costs on to you, and charge your credit card for that amount.  Your acceptance of the Sales Terms and Conditions is our authorization to charge your credit card for all related shipping and packaging costs.
