Sales Terms and Conditions

 

Please note, the following sales terms and conditions apply only to our selection of Projection Screens, T/V Monitor Mounts and Multimedia Carts and various product Accessories.
 

Payment Methods and Ordering

 

Please keep the following in mind when ordering:

  • We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express and Company Checks (drawn on a US Bank in US dollars). We also accept purchase orders under certain terms; see below. No C.O.D.’s.

  • All WIUSA.com products are priced in U.S. dollars.

  • All customer information is kept private, credit card transactions are processed in our office, not online, to help assure the protection of your information. We do not provide any information to third parties, except that required to process your order.

  • These products are not impulse purchases, and require planning and thought. Order carefully as some items may not be returnable.

  • You must agree to these Sales Terms and Conditions or we cannot accept your order.

  • WIUSA.com and WI Contract are divisions of Wallcovering Industries, Inc., and as such all Invoices, credit card charges, and other documentation may show WIUSA.com or Wallcovering Industries, Inc. as the name.

Place an Order

You may place an order using one of the following four methods:

  1. By fax to 214-631-4654 with Visa, Master Card or American Express.

  2. You may also order by calling our WIUSA.com Customer Service Team at 800-527-9014, M - F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Central.

  3. To place an order with a Company Check, complete the PDF Order Form or  the Word Order Form print it and mail it, with the Company Check, to WIUSA.com, Attn.: Order Department, P. O. Box 571249, Dallas, TX 75357. Orders will be processed once the check clears the bank. For any questions call us.

  4. In the event a Purchase Order is necessary to place an order, please read and follow these instructions below:

    • We will only accept purchase orders from U.S. federal, state, local government agencies, or schools. All purchase orders are subject to our credit department approval. All purchase orders must be signed and show terms as Net 15. Late charge is $ 25.00 + 1.5% per month interest.

    • There is a $100 minimum per purchase order.

    • All products ordered will only be shipped to U.S. destinations.

    • Payment terms are strict Net 15, once a signed and completed Credit Application is approved.

    • We do not accept purchase orders or P.O. numbers via telephone, or purchase requisitions forms.

    • We do not accept Purchase Orders with conditions relating to the transfer of liability for delayed delivery or product suitability.

    • We will only accept your purchase order if you agree to the above terms. If you have any questions please contact our WI Customer Service team at 800.527.9014.

WIUSA.com, WI Contract and Wallcovering Industries, Inc. reserve the right to cancel any sale without incurring any liability.

 

Sales Tax

 

Items shipped to destinations in the State of Texas are subject to state and local sales tax.

 

Order Confirmation

 

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail or fax within 2 business days of placing your order.  The e-mail or fax confirmation will list all items in your order, shipping / freight charges and any applicable taxes. Please review this confirmation; you will have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations. If you do not receive your order confirmation within 2 business, please contact us immediately with your name and e-mail address, and a duplicate confirmation will be sent to you. 

 

A second Order Confirmation will be sent via e-mail or fax once the order ships, this will be the Invoice and will have tracking numbers to track the shipment.

 

If a separate Invoice detailing the purchase is required, it will be sent via U.S. Mail, to the billing address of the credit card used for the order. If payment is by company check or a P.O. was used to order, the Invoice will be sent to the billing address provided.

 

Order Cancellation and Changes

 

Should you need to change an item, change a shipping address, or completely cancel the order, please notify us immediately. The earlier we know of the changes or cancellation the more likely we will be able to make those changes or cancellations. If we are not able to intercept the order before it ships, then you will have to return it using our return policy below. We will do our best to assist you, however we cannot guarantee that any requested changes or cancellations can be made once the order has been processed.

 

Shipping

 

We frequently ship directly from the manufacturer or Drop-Ship so that we can deliver your order quickly, and keep your costs down. Your order may ship in multiple packages, but there are no extra shipping charges. Most items usually ship in one or two business days after your order is processed. Once your order is processed and shipped, transit time takes between one and seven business days depending on the warehouse and the delivery locations, holidays and bad weather delays not included.

 

Please remember that lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on our part, so plan ahead and order in time, because unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped ground via common carrier (i.e., UPS, FedEx, or truck). Should the project require faster shipping, please let our Customer Service Team know. While the faster shipping is more expensive, we can make those arrangements for you. Please remember that we cannot be held liable for an item not arriving in time for your project, it is the carrier’s responsibility to make sure it arrives on time.

 

We will provide the shipping / freight charges for approval on the Order Confirmation; you will have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations. Once your order is processed you will be provided with tracking numbers with the Order Confirmation / Invoice so that you may track your order in transit.

 

Products shipped by truck freight will be delivered dock to dock only. Should the order require special  delivery requirements, contact the carrier and make those arrangements directly with them. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred for those arrangements, and must pay the carrier directly. Remember, as purchaser you will be the consignee and product ownership transfers to you when the freight company picks-up the shipment. The purchaser is responsible for arranging for shipment acceptance. Note: Some carriers may require a signature as proof of delivery for shipments. Please use a shipping address that will have someone available to sign for delivery. Remember, before you accept and sign, inspect and note any possible freight damage on delivery receipt and have driver sign.

 

International

 

At this time, we will only ship these products within the 50 United States. You are welcome to e-mail us.

 

Returns (Some products are not returnable, order carefully.)

 

You may return purchases within 14 calendar days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping / freight costs. A $35 restocking fee on returns less than $250 will apply or a 15% restocking fee per item (an industry standard) on returns greater than $250. You must return the item(s) by 2nd day freight, prepaid and insured for full value, with original packaging, documentation, warranty/ guarantee information, and all manuals and accessories. You, the purchaser, are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the product is damaged, defective or missing parts. WIUSA.com, WI Contract, and Wallcovering Industries, Inc. are not responsible for any product lost or damaged in the return process. Note: Unless documented freight damage (signed by driver), projection screens and products ordered with upgrades, customer ordered factory modifications, or special accessories are NOT RETURNABLE. Please be aware that products that include shipping / freight, will still incur shipping / freight charges when returning or exchanging.

 

Please e-mail sales@wiusa.com and include your original order number, what product(s) you are returning, reason for return, your name and phone number. Or feel free to contact our Customer Service team at 800-527-9014. We will give you an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number and a return shipping address. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item, must match the product authorized for return, and must be prominently displayed on the return shipping label. All RMA are valid for 10 business days from issue date. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the merchandise within the allotted time. Items returned without prior approval and a RMA will be REFUSED.

 

All returned products must be in their original condition and not have been used. Original packaging, documentation, and all manuals and accessories must be unopened; otherwise, additional charges may be applied or the return may not be accepted, and no credit will be issued.

  • All returns must be packaged to prevent freight damage

  • Do not write addresses or RMA numbers on the outside of the manufacturer’s boxes. (Use Label).

  • Obtain a Return Address Label from your carrier and fill in the ship to portion as instructed with your RMA number, and make sure to include your RMA number on the label.

  • Clearly attached the label to the outside of the box

  • Return the product via 2nd day freight, prepaid, and insured for full value to the shipping address you are provided. Do not return any products via U.S. Mail by any method; it will be REFUSED.  Products returned by U.S. Mail will not be credited or exchanged.

  • Save your return tracking number, and e-mail or fax it to us so that we can track the return. It is for your protection that you save the tracking number and that you insure the returned package in case there are any problems during transit (i.e., lost or damaged).

  • Note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error by us, we will not refund packaging & freight charges. We only issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase. No cash refunds or credits will be issued.

 

Defective Returns

 

In the case of defective products, no charges will apply. Keep in mind that determination of defective merchandise is the manufacturer’s determination once they inspect the merchandise. Our Customer Service team must be notified with in 14 days of receipt of the merchandise if there are any problems with any item(s). Defective product will be repaired, returned or exchanged for the same make and model, or for a product of equal value as allowed for by the manufactures policies. Replacement items will be shipped at the same service level present on the original order. The purchaser is responsible for any shipping upgrades. Do not throw anything away, all returned products must be in the manufacturer’s original packaging, including the box.

 

If an item is returned as defective and is found to be in good working order, a $35 restocking fee on orders less than $250 or a 15% restocking fee (an industry standard) on order greater than $250 will be charged upon receipt.

 

Damaged In Transit

 

Our factories package their products to withstand damage during transport, although mishaps in transit do occur. Resolving these issues requires the cooperation of all parties. All shipping / freight damage in transit claims must be made against the carrier and are the responsibility of the consignee (customer) to file the claim, cooperate with the carrier and follow up with the carrier to secure final settlement of the claim.

  • Inspect all shipments upon arrival. Even if the package arrives only slightly damaged, it is imperative that you note or request the driver to note that the Package is Damaged prior to signing for delivery. Do not sign a clear receipt for damaged or missing packages or there will be no basis for a claim.

  • Even if the driver acknowledges the damages in writing, you must request an inspection by the carrier and retain the merchandise and all packing materials including the box, at the address where the package was shipped to until the carrier has authorized you to move it to a new location.

  • In case of concealed damage, damage that is not apparent until the package is opened, you must contact the carrier within 5 days of receipt of the package and request an inspection be made. Keep in mind that just like a visible damage claim you must request an inspection by the carrier and retain the merchandise and all packing materials including the box, at the address where the package was shipped to until the carrier has authorized you to move it to a new location

  • If an item arrives damaged or parts are missing, please notify us immediately. Although we cannot be responsible for the actual filing of claims on the carrier or accept liability for non-collectable shipping / freight claims, we can provide assistance with filing the claim. Time matters, since most carriers only allow 5 business days from date of delivery to file claims. Do not throw anything away until final resolution of the shipping / freight claim.

 

Warranties

 

All TV-Monitor Mounts, Projection Screens and Media Carts include the manufacture’s standard warranties (please confirm product warranty coverage at the time of your purchase or prior to placing order.) WIUSA.com, Wallcovering Industries, Inc., and WI Contract, offer no additional warranty or guaranty and disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. WIUSA.com, Wallcovering Industries, Inc., and WI Contract are wholesale business-to-business material suppliers only; it is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the suitability of the product purchased for the  desired project or purpose. Remember, have all products installed by qualified installers or contractors.

 

Pricing

 

All items offered by WIUSA.com are sold at the most current prices available and are subject to change without notice. We sincerely appreciate your business. WIUSA.com, WI Contract and Wallcovering Industries, Inc. reserve the right to cancel any sale without incurring any liability.

 

Resellers

 

All sales are final, no returns or credits.  (EXCEPT for Contractors, Interior Designers or Property Managers.)

 

Venue

 

The laws of the State of Texas and Dallas County, Texas shall govern Wallcovering Industries, Inc. and its divisions WIUSA.com and WI Contract and sales invoices. Venue for any legal action relating to such sales invoices shall be Dallas County, Texas.

 

Enforcement

 

Failure by WIUSA.com, WI Contract and Wallcovering Industries, Inc. to enforce any of the Sales Terms and Conditions stated herein does not constitute a waiver of any portion of our Sale Terms & Conditions.
